Goddamn Support People

ok, I cannot publish my site from server rblprd.com to my local machine.
I launch a support ticket for it.
they close it.
I start another one.
they reinstall my FrontPage extensions.
now I cannot access it from FrontPage at all.
they tell me it is running on Apache with the FP patch, it's an issue with FP go talk to them so what ever they did that my shit can't talk to the server cause of what they did is not there fucking problem???
